For Event Managers

As an event manager, you’re going to be flat out getting ready for your event.  You can read here a quick run-down of how we work so you can see just how easy we are to work with.

Working with Us:

Once we’ve confirmed your booking, we’ll give you instant access to our ‘Event Manager’ folder which contains all our logistical and promotional documents. This includes insurance, risk assessments, child safe policies and our engineering certificates.

Promotion:

We’d love  to work with you to ensure there’s a massive ‘buzz’ with your local young people. Our riders can chat with local media outlets and we can create ‘money cant buy experiences’ for you to use as competition prizes. We also give you a huge arsenal of professional photos you can use on your website or social media.


Set Up:

It usually takes us 90 minutes to get organised. We provide all the equipment we need. This includes a full audio system with wireless microphones, to a portable generator. You just need to find us the space and provide the fencing.

 

Scheduling:

We generally run 4 x 15 min demos throughout the day, which are immediately followed by 4 x 45 minute ‘learn to ride’ sessions. We can either work in with your run sheet or manage the timing ourselves.

 

Public Participation:

All participants and spectators are covered by our insurance. For members of the public to participate we get them to sign one of our insurance waivers and wear a helmet.

We manage the entire registration process, so it’s one less thing for you to think about.
